Ritchie is a Marine and Retired US Army Airborne Soldier with 21 years of combined service. Throughout his military career, he attended numerous leadership and training schools, including earning certification as a Master Combatives Instructor. The US Army Combatives Program integrates elements of Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing.
During his tenure, Ritchie trained and certified over 700 future instructors. He also enhanced his skills by working with world-class coaches and top-tier athletes.
After retiring from the military, Ritchie faced a personal challenge—he was 60 pounds overweight and decided it was time for a change. Through extensive research and self-education, he developed the Fasting 321 program, which incorporates long fasting periods, time-restricted feeding, and calorie restriction to promote overall wellness. The system has proven effective, helping Ritchie lose 60 pounds, going from 237 pounds to his lightest weight of 177 pounds.
Building on this personal transformation, Ritchie earned certifications in Personal Training, Youth Training, Nutrition, and Exercise Therapy through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
Now, Ritchie continues to train and spread his passion, knowledge and experience with others as a Lifestyle Manager and Performance Coach, to help individuals achieve their health, wellness and performance goals.
